Corrupted Assets (media files)

I am noticing that a good number of the default multimedia elements (audio files) are damaged that are included with the Captivate. How do I open a ticket to have this investigated and resolved? When attempting to use various media files (not all however), I get the following message: "Audio Import Failed. Unable to import the audio file. Ensure that the file type is either MP3 or WAV. Also ensure that the file is not damaged."

Again, these are the included default files in the Asset Audio library (not my own or other that I am importing).

Can you try to log a bug report on the uservoice platform? You can reach it from within Captivate. Both feature requests and bug reports can be logged there.

You are not the first user to report this.

Thanks for the insight and feedback Lily and glad to know this is a universal issue.  Will let them know, I suppose they were in a rush to release this new product and didn't get a chance to throughly QA it.

The new Quick Start Projects still have the bug that the fonts are missing, that is the case since the first release of this new version.
