Hi! 
1) How do I change name from S s to something else? Cannot edit it in Profile.

2) Why do I see 2 notifications in the top left but the Notifications page shows up empty? (see screenshot)

I hope some responsible from the eLearning portal will help you, because your question ended up on the Jive forums. I try to help as many users as possible, but directly from those official Adobe Jive Forums, because work flow is more efficient for me.

So my question posted at elearning.adobe.com was somehow posted to Jive forums? It speaks volumes to the quality of Adobe programming, doesn't it? Also, the fact that it was only picked up by you and nobody else is telling.

All questions end up in the Jive forums. Why should they need another forum, when Adobe has the global Adobe forums, which are thoxe Jive forums. I am used to those Jive forums, answered your question because I am supposed to moderate these forums. Is there no other way to contact the responsibles for the Learning Portal?
