Course not completing in LMS

I am currently using Captivate 2017 and I have a course that will not show complete in my LMS even though I have passed in accordance with the pass mark I set.  

I have set the quiz to required, set to Incomplete > Complete, but it is still showing enrolled.  

I am using Halogen LMS.  

Any suggestions on what I could be missing?

    Just a thought:  You may want to check your project End options and make sure it's not set to "Close Project" because sometimes it will close out the window before the course has had a chance to report back to the LMS.

    It is set to Stop Project, not Close.  Should I change it to something else?

    You have a quiz. Is the score slide the last slide of your course? If yes, try to add a short end slide after the score slide.

    My results slide is at the end of the quiz (about ¾ of the way through the course) – there are still more slides after it.

    Can you post a screenshot of the Reporting window?
