course stuck on loading captivate 8 PDF 18.5 MG

Help! My course is stuck on the loading screen and won't show any content or advance with the controls or TOC. It's developed in Captivate 8. It is 18.5 MG. I'm tryig to view the published PDF because I want to send that to my SMEs for review, but it won't load. It has to be published in AICC/HTML5 and there is no quiz info to pass. I tried removing all the pages, several slim downs just to test and none work. Even just the title page won't load. I also installed an update for adobe reader and that didn't help.

found the issue! In order to view it as a PDF I needed to uncheck the "Enable Reporting for this Project" in the Quiz settings in order to get it to play.
