Course Title in LMS

When I upload my published responsive project into our LMS, the course title displays as "Course Object Title".  When I published the project, I entered project title "Compliance Education 2018".  I see in the manifest file where the incorrect title is displayed but it is in HTM format and will not let me edit it.  How do I change this for each project so my lesson titles will display properly in my LMS?

    Some of the information that appears in the imsmanifest.xml file of the published output is taken from data you enter in the Manifest dialog.

    You get to this dialog via Quiz > Reporting, check the box for Enable Reporting for this Project, select your preferred SCORM standard (e.g. 1.2) and then click the Configure button.
