Course will not complete in the LMS (SumTotal)

My Technical Dept from the LMS tell me that it's my fault the course is not completing. I have used Captivate almost 4 years, though this is the first time using Captivte 8. The last version I used was 6. Can someone please tell me the exact choices for completing a course? I simply cannot figure what I am doing wrong.c
