CP 10 - Video not playing when exported to .pdf file

I have just published a slide containing a video to a .pdf file and the content doesn't play when the .pdf is opened.

I seem to get this animated icon in the top left corner .pdf the screen as it it's trying to load the video.

What is the solution?

Your PDF would need to be multimedia capable in order for it to play Captivate content.  That means it would need to have the optional Flash Player plugin installed.  Acrobat Reader hasn't had that plugin by default for some years now.  So it's highly UNLIKELY that your end users would fair any better than you are at the moment in viewing your own PDF.
