Cp 13 pause project until user clicks option

Question

In CpC it was easy to set buttons and smart shapes to pause the project until the user clicks said button, however, I don’t see that function in Cp13. Am I missing somthing or does this feature no longer exist?

I worked around for my specifc scenario by having slide enter pause the timeline but I still would like to know if we can pause until user clicks. thanks for any help anyone can provide!
