Cp 2017 scores not recording in Blackboard 9.1

Hello,

I've seen that there has been discussion on issues with logging scores in an LMS.  I've ran into this issue as well and am looking for a solution.  I am using Blackboard 9.1 with Cp 2017.  When the students take the quiz, only 5 of the 25 points are recorded even though the student completed all successfully. I've outlined the steps I take below and the results the students receive.   Any suggestions???  My work around is to go in an manually update the grades.

1. I create my presentations w/ quizzes in CP 2017 with the following quiz settings:

2. Then I set up the LMS in CP 2017 as follows with points selected:

3. I import the SCORM into Blackboard with these settings - there are 5 questions @ 5points each to a total of 25 points for the grade book item

4. When the student takes the quiz, only 5 of the 25 points are recognized even though the student answered all correctly.
