CP 2019 crashes after opening

I just installed CP 2019 on my Win10 machine and I'm having an odd issue where it will open and present the full UI and the new project selection window, but it closes after only a few seconds. I should mention that this happens when I "Run as Administrator."

Has anyone else experienced this with the new version?
