Cp 8 responsive project audio - plays on iPad and Surface, but not Samsung

Does anyone have any experience with audio multiple tablets? 

My project audio plays on an iPad, Surface, but not a Samsung Galaxy.

What's interesting is that the project has some click boxes, which you can hear on the Galaxy, when they are tapped.  But the audio (which is text-to-speech) doesn't play.
