CP 9 Cutting off 1 Pixel on Bottom When Published

We recently upgraded from CP8 o CP9 and the CP9 is cutting off 1 pixel of the bottom of our template that's shows a gray line upon publishing. The publishing settings are the same as before. Does anyone have a solution?

    No, the gray line is part of the background graphic. I am noticing the CP9's publishing compression is worse than CP8. I fixed the problem by adjusting to this publishing setting. I'm concerned about the file size moving forward.

    I'm not sure that the compression changed. You could check by turning off Advanced Compression setting. Are you publishing to SWF or to HTML?
