CP 9 Summary Slide Audio playing during the quiz before reaching the summary slide

We have two project using random question slides that are playing the summary slides audio over the quiz slide.  These two projects use different question pools. 

There isn't any audio on the actual question slides.

    So no one else has experienced this issue or have an idea about how to fix it?

    I never did see this issu on the forums or on social media, looks very strange.
