CP5 German -> Word 2010 German: Exporting Captions fails

When I start exporting captions from Captivate 5 to Microsoft Office Word 2010 (both German versions) I get the popup message "Failed exporting captions. Check if MS Word is installed or document is already open."

MS Word is installed, the document does not exist before.

Hello,

Just tried your workflow on a laptop with an English version of CP5 and Word 2010, Dutch version. Didn't get the same error, couldn't open the document (that will still be a 'DOC'-file) from within CP. However checked and the DOC was created, when I openend Word I could open the created document. To be sure: could you check if there was a document created? Since you got another error message, I doubt it, but it is worth checking

I checked that also, but there was no .doc-file created.

I'm sorry, cannot help you and hope someone (Adobe) will pop in to offer some help. Since CP doesn't exist in Dutch, I'm always using the English version, and perhaps it is linked to your German one (my German is too rusty).
