Cp5 Published project to PDF but PDF won't play recording? Only see two screens? Need help

    Just an FYI I think this might be an issue with Reader XI.  I created a new project and still had the same issue with the PDF. Sent the PDF to someone using Reader X and they were able to see the project with no errors.


    FINAL UPDATE: Issue was Acrobat Reader XI.  I uninstalled and installed v. X and PDF's worked perfectly.

    Please, open the pdf with Acrobat Reader, not in Acrobat Pro. That is the reason why it will not play,

    I uninstalled reader and never reinstalled it. I just installed Reader 11 and tested the file. It still doesnt work. Should I re-publish now that reader is installed? Or can you think of something else to try.

    It will only play with a Reader, never with Acrobat Pro (that is meant to edit a pdf, not to play it).

    I do not know the reason why it shouldn't play, normally it should show a play button when published to pdf and eventually a poster image if you defined one. Do you see the play button?
