CP5 Quiz questions showing as completed

I have a file with 10 quiz questions embedded in it - a few Multiple Choice, a few Hot Spot, and a Matching.  After Publishing, when I run it some of the questions show as answered - and are locked - and then I can't even advance to the next slide because the Clear/Submit buttons are no longer there.  Any ideas or suggestions would be much appreciated.

I think I just found out some bad news - The 10 questions are placed in different parts of the module - and the module branches back to a primary TOC - so if I read another thread correctly - CP can't have a single graded quiz split into parts within the same captivate file...bummer -  can someone please confirm that that is my issue...Thanks!

Hello,

You can indeed have only one Quiz in one CP-file. That doesn't mean that you have to put all the question slides together, but once the user started the quiz, he has to remain in the quiz 'scope' until he finishes it. This scope starts with the slide that has the first scored object, which can be a Question slide but also a scored object like a button, click box or Text Entry box. So if you have such a scored object (perhaps with a very small score of 1pt) on the first slide of your project, and the score slide at the end, you can navigate anywhere in the file without leaving the quiz scope. I hope this makes sense? But if you get out of the file, the quiz attempt will be considered as finished.
