Cp5 won't start

I recently downloaded CP5 i have C2Duo laptop with 3 GB ram and 2.5Ghz and6Mb/cache...it's not a slow laptop..even so my CP5 takes 4 ever to launch....it stops on loading screen...my last attempt to launch I waited for 15 minutes and nothing happened...plz help

Please, which OS do you use? If it is Win7 or Vista, be sure to start Captivate as Administrator.
