CP8 - Copy and Paste from previous project keeps old question interaction data

We're finding that when we have an old project in say English, and we want to use that as a starting point for a Spanish Project, that the Interaction data that's stored in the SCORM package is saving the old (English) values.  So, the questions and answers on the screen will be correct, but the interaction data we're seeing in the project.txt file is wrong for these.

It also appears that if we change the old question via typing a new one over the old that it works fine, but if we paste text for the new question from over the old (say from Notepad, Word, etc.) that it won't update things behind the scenes.

Has anybody else seen this?  We thought that maybe clearing out the Project Cache would be something that would help but it does not seem like it's making any difference.  We've talked to Adobe support and they are unable to verify or help with this.

Help!!

I don't know why pasting in a new question wouldn't reset it, but it would seem to me the issue is related to the Interaction ID...no?

Makes sense it carries over from a copy/paste, so for each question you surely have to not only change the question/answers, but the interaction ID for each quiz item as well....otherwise you're telling the LMS to save the data for "this interactionID" and its the same as ID as set by the Spanish version, so the previous data is being overwritten.

    Make sense?
