CP8 HTML5 and Accessibility

So few questions about CP8 HTML5 Responsive and Accessibility. (Im going to use JAWS as the example screen reader).

1. Does responsive projects still convert text captions images?

If not are programs like JAWS detecting the text?

2. If using the Accessibility Name and Description, Does JAWS read the Name, then the description?

3. If using the accessibility features for text are you naming them according to Styles (WCAG 2.0 spec). So for example:

          Name: heading 1

Descrition: This is the first Heading

          Name Heading 2

Description: this is a sub heading.

          Name: Next Button

          Description: Go to next slide

4. Are hyper links detected by JAWS, so if they use their  'Links' Menu all hyper links appear in the list (also same for buttons)

Thanks.
