CP8 powerpoint animation stops before last animation in slide

Hi

Using CP8 and Powrpoint for MAC or PC i have found that if for example I have one slide with 3 figures all animated to start one after another, figure 1 and 2 appear correctly but 3 doesnt' appear.

In pptx they appear correctly all three.

In cp8 (imported pptx) the last image never appears.

Have tried start after the last or nothing authomatic. Using video. It doesnt work it does not show the last animated image.

Any ideas?

Have you tried adding a 4th shape to see if the 3rd will then import?

I'd put it separate from the others, as you may need to mask it.

just a thought...

Hi,

Yes I tried and it looks like the animation that has to be added also goes to the pen ultimate figure. If I add 4 and animate, then add a fifth and animate that one pptx puts the animation in the 4th!!!!!

Captivate is not an ideal PPT-converter, there are better tools for that. You could capture the animations using the Video Demo feature. It will create a cpvc-file, not a cptx-file. You can insert cpvc slides in a cptx project.
