CP9 audio issues

Hi there - a "completed" project was passed to me for trouble shooting. I've worked with audio and video in previous projects and have not come across these audio issues.

3 major issues were originally raised:

(1) after pausing the slide, the audio starts from the beginning instead of where it was paused, therefore audio, text (not cc) no longer sync

(2) when using back and forward button, audio disappears

(3) font disappears (Verdana) within the project.

Speaking to an Adobe tech support yesterday (on another issue) - Viku had suggested I put silence audio on previous slides. I did. What's happened now:

(a) audio does not play at all, when I preview from the beginning (audio starts on slide 😎

(b) audio will play if I preview from slide 8 but will disappear if I pause and restart from slide 8

(c) I removed the silence assets from 1-7 and audio still no audio when played from start

What am I missing here? Would appreciate your feedback!
