CP9 Drag and Drop buggered?

Hello,

I am trying to use the drag and drop wizard to create a learning interaction.. "On Success" works fine however the "On Failure" will not work.

Please advise?

You have attempts set to Infinite, which means that the Failure action never occurs (should be greyed out as it is for other interactive objects - that is a bug). However you have the new InBuilt states for Drag&Drop object, why bother with using custom states and actions? Have a look at:

Ok, thank you.  Next challenge; 

When I click "submit" both the submit and reset buttons disappear???  So how do I set it so that the user can make more than one attempt without those buttons disappearing?
