CP9 Knowledge Checks automatically advancing

Question

We have a project in CP9 with knowledge checks. The knowledge checks are advancing automatically whether the student chooses an answer and submits it or not. How can we keep this from happening?

You didn't get any answer yet, probably because a lot of information is missing.

What is the setup for those Knowledge slides? By default they do have a pausing point at 1.5secs, have Infinite attempts and it is not possible to advance unless a correct answer is provided. But if deleted embedded objects, changed the default setup we have to know about that.
