CP9 - Limit the maximum size of a Scaleable HTML Content project?

Question:

Is it possible to limit the maximum size of a Scaleable HTML Content project?

Why I need this:

I now have some project files that are set as Scaleable so they expand/contract to fill the browser window.

Some of these when viewed on very high res monitors expand content to a HUGE size and also appear blurred.

I would like to limit the maximum size of the scale to a height, such as 724px.

What I have tried:

I have look in the CPM.js and index.html files but cannot identify what code, if any, would have to be tweaked.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be welcome.
