CP9, Random Questions slides and HTML 5

I found this question asked before but don't see an answer so I'll ask.

I'm developing a project in CP9 that will be published in HTML 5.  This project has question pools with questions in them and random question slides.

When published with random question slides the project won't play.  Remove the random question slides and it plays.

When this project is published as a swf it plays with the random question slides.

So what gives?
