CP9 responsive publish for mobile (LMS)

The responsive course I am creating will be uploaded to an LMS. Within their framework, I am receiving an error message telling me that some of Captivate's functions are not compatible. Upon further exploration with the LMS tech support, I was given this explanation, which makes logical sense.

QUESTION… where in the CP9 publish settings is something like this located??? I've looked everywhere and aside from the mobile gestures, can't find any other setting that is mobile related.

"LMS fully supports SCORM 1.2 and you should not have any issues when publishing in HTML5. That's definitely the optimal choice. I would advise you look in the settings before you publish and make sure the setting "Use Mobile Player" or "Make compatible for Android and iOS" are disabled. I'm not sure what the exact setting is but it would be along those lines. The reason you need to disable it is because the LMS already has a built in mobile player that makes desktop content playable on mobile devices. When the SCORM mobile player is enabled it conflicts with the LMS' mobile player."

Your tech support person is confusing Adobe Captivate with Articulate Storyline.

Storyline's publishing output dialog has the options he's talking about. See below.

If you want to remove the Captivate SKIN, which includes the player and TOC, then you can do this by deselecting the options under Project > Skin Editor.

Try publishing without the skin and see if that resolves any issues.
