Cp9 RTL text boxes still with punctuation issues/embedded Western characters

I created a new Captivate project and formatted the the text boxes for RTL orientation. Last I checked the box from the Preferences menu marked "Requires an indic composer for Indic-Arabic language support (for newly created projects only) --> Right to Left

I have been copying and pasting from a Word document that has been formatted correctly for Hebrew. HOWEVER, the first and final punctuation mark will disappear and any embedded Western letters will destroy the formatting.

There must be a fix for this. This is not normal.

First off, what is an "Indic Composer", is this s a plugin for Captivate? If so, where do I download one. And yes, this is in a newly created project. I should note that all the dummy text for Captivate is English. Does this affect it in any way?
