Cp9 Text Entry Box doesn't work on every computer

Hello everyone,

i am using Adobe Captivate 9 and have a problem with Text Entry Boxes: when i publish my "software simulation", it works fine if i test it on the computers of my university, but i cannot type any character in the TEB if i test it on my laptop. And the same problem appears with Click Boxes if i declare a hotkey associated to them.

Can you see why ? Keybords are different, but...????

I read the question of Megan Longwill (see Unable to type in text entry box Captivate 9 ), but unless i didn't understand, i don't think she experienced the same problem...

Bonjour à tous,

j'utilise Adobe Captivate 9 pour créer des petites vidéos montrant à mes étudiants certaines manipulations sur des logiciels de bureautique. J'enregistre donc des simulations logicielles, et pour qu'ils soient actifs, je n'affiche pas la barre de lecture: ils doivent obligatoirement réaliser les manipulations demandées sur la vidéo pour qu'elle avance.

J'ai un problème avec les Text Entry Box quand je teste les vidéos produites: sur les ordinateurs de mon établissement, tout se passe bien, alors que sur mon ordinateur portable, je ne peux pas saisir de texte dans les TEB (aucun caractère ne passe). J'ai le même problème avec les Click Box si je leur associe un raccourci clavier.

Quelqu'un aurait-il une explication ou une suggestion pour remédier à cela?
