Cp9 will not open

Hello, I've been using Cp9 the past month without any problems. And now this morning, it wouldn't open at all.

Does anyone have any idea of what's going on?

    Try cleaning the Preferences (there is a file in the subfolder Utils of the installation folder). Do you run Captivate as Administrator? Do you clear the cache regularly?

    Hello Lilybiri,

    I'll try clearing out the Preferences now.

    I've tried running Cp as an administrator. I've also restarted the computer a number of times.

    I clear the Cache reasonably regularly, but not every day.

    Here goes with the Preferences.
