cpCmndGotoFrameAndResume Issue with Audio on Mac

I believe that I have discovered an issue with the cpCmndGotoFrameAndResume action when publishing to HTML5 on Safari.  I am curious if anyone has a suitable workaround and if the issue has been bugged.

Conditions:

1. Using Captivate 9.0.1.320

2. Publishing to HTML5

3. Issue can be replicated on Mac Safari Browser, ipad or iphone. Does not occur on mac within chrome, or firefox.  Does not occur on PC.

Scenario:

1. created multiple slides with audio on each slide

2. created button on latter slide.

3. button contains action with the variable cpCmndGotoFrameAndResume which redirects user to specific frame.

Issue:

1. When I click the button to go to a specific frame, playhead does not always link to the audio associated with the specific frame in Safari.

2. For example, if I have the playhead go to frame 500, the audio may actually go to frame 300 (or some other location),  The audio will start at frame 300.  The playhead will begin 500 BUT will not progress until the audio catches up to frame 500.  When the audio catches up to frame 500, the playhead will begin playing,

You are not on the latest release which is 9.0.2.437.

Personally I would not use micronavigation in combination with slide audio. Audio has to be loaded On enter for a slide. That type of navigation is also not very accurate.
