CPPLauncher on Catalina

I have edited the title of this thread, because Captivate was never part of the Creative Suites, which do not exist anymore since years neither, have been replaced by the Creative Cloud (which doesn't include Captivate).

As Rod tells, the only Captivate version compatible with Catalina is 11.5.4. You mention a version number which has never existed. Can you please double-check under Help, About Captivate for the exact number.?

In the Captivate Help menu there is an option to Update.  If there is an update available for your version, then that's what you should do.  However, you will need to have administrator privileges on your computer in order to do the install.  For MacOS Catalina you would need to be on at least Captivate 2019 version 11.5.  What version of Captivate are you currently on?  If it is before Cp 2019, you would need to have a subscription license, otherwise you would need to pay for the update.
