cpQuizInfoTotalQuestionsPerProject Variable Shows Zero

Hi, using Cp 8.01.

I'm using system variable "cpQuizInfoTotalQuestionsPerProject" for a custom Quiz results slide. Project published as a SCORM 1.2 on an LMS.

If the student finishes the quiz in one shot, this variable shows the correct number of total questions in the quiz results slide, but if the student closes the project and comes back to continue later, the score and number of correct questions are fine, but the total number of questions is always zero.

I even did a separate test using the standard Captivate results page, placing this variable under the total number of questions field in the results slide. The results page shows the correct number of total questions in the standard slide field, but zero total number of questions where the variable is used. This got to be a bug right?

Thanks.

What is displayed on the score slide in the second situation? In the default setup the total number of questions is added to that score slide.

Maybe tell also which LMS you use? Did you try to upload to SCORM Cloud to see if you can reproduce that situation?

I'm able to reproduce it 100% of the times using Moodle and SCORM Cloud, and using either current projects or starting a project from scratch.

The test I did from scratch, I created an standard Captivate course with 6 quiz questions, using the standard quiz results slides. Just added a Text Caption to display the value of "cpQuizInfoTotalQuestionsPerProject". See attached image. The zero shown right under Attempts is the value of "cpQuizInfoTotalQuestionsPerProject". The value of Total Questions is correct, but the variable is not.

I see, reporting will be correct. There is some discrepancy between what is shown on the score slide an some quizzing system variables, this may be another of those issues.

If you explained why you wanted to use that system variable, maybe there is another way?
