CPVC Out of Sync

Hello - I'm having trouble in Captivate 8. I have a CPVC slide that I've inserted (Insert > CPVC Slide) into a .cptx project. When I preview or publish the cptx project, the audio and video of the CPVC portion is out of sync. It's totally in sync if I run the CPVC by itself within the .cptx project, or if I play the .cpvc file by itself. The problem only seems to happen when I publish or preview the .cptx project.

Any ideas? I've tried removing the .cpvc slide and then re-adding it, but same problem. I don't have any other ideas on what to try.
