CPVC (Video Demo) slides not working in presentation

I have four CPTV slides in my presentation that I jump to from other slides as an example for the tool on those slides. Slide 18 jumps to CPTV slide 5, for example. The .cptv files play just fine on my computer, but the slides don't play in the presentation. In HTML5 it's blank and in SCORM cloud it's a spinning wheel. I've tried deleting the slides and remaking them but it happens every time. Anyone have an idea on how to fix this?

My latest Captivate project is doing the samething. I have two CPVC (screen recordings) in the project with the same dimensions. Both slides play fine in Captivate but in HTML5 Preview, one only plays the audio with a blank screen appearing. The other CPVC slide plays fine both in preview and LMS. Windows 11 PC.

Are you using Captivate version 11.8? It is the only version compatible with Win11.

Can you explain the acronym 'CPTV' please? It is not a common term in Captivate and none of the Google suggestions looks correct.

I meant CPVC, sorry. I don't know what it stands for. It's what Captivate calls the slides made by the video demo recorder. They're saved as .cpvc files and there's an insert CPVC slide option.

How big are those cpvc-slides? They will be converted to mp4 when published and need to be loaded On Enter for each cpvc-slide. That can take some time, hence the recommendation to avoid too long video slides.
