Crash CP3 : when opennig / saving project... need help!

Hello,
Captive 3 doesn't work on this computer (vista updated), I haven't idea... neither clues.

I can open it, record somethings, but when I want save... it crashs ! same, if I want open a project even small one.

Where can I find log of crash or solution to fix that ?

Thanks for your help, because others Adobe products work well, but this one no way. !

    What operating System are you on?
    Windows VISTA does not allow Read/Write (Read Only is allowed) from the Program Files Directory.

    Have you tried to uninstall and then reinstall?

    Have you updated your machine to the latest drivers?

    Failing these things, contact customer care for support.

    Does he work in Sight, but when you are going to save does he close that it would be that?

    ?? hmmm. I don't know what's Sight. Software ? plug-in ?

    Captivate 3 has never work on my laptop :
    I install it,
    Open it,
    Record something,
    Save it,
    >>> Crash (but project file is saved on my desktop)

    Re-open it,
    Select my project or an other, such Adobe example
    >>> Crash

    no error message, no thing.

    I used Dreamweaver, Fireworks without any problems.
