Question

Create a test without grade or with a resume of the answers

Hello,

I try to make a test with Captivate but I have no idea how to realize them. This test has the specificity of not being graded. The purpose of this test is to get her profile based on answers provided.

In my views, I can try 2 options

1.  A test not graded (survey ?)

For each question, the answer gives a number points. For example :

Question 1: The student Michel arrives late. What do you do?

Answer A: 2 points

Answer B: 1 point

Answer C: 4 points

Answer 😧 3 points

Q2, Q3, etc.

At the end, we have sum of points.

I don’t know how make this or if is it possible? What do you think ?

2.  A test with a summary and a grid of correction

The second option will be to give a grid of correction. But I need to give the learner a slide as a summary of the responses. In this case, it allows learners to compare themselves with the grid of correction.

Final slide :

Here are your answers:

Question 1 : B

Question 2 : C

Question 3 : B

  1. Etc..

Can make that with Captivate ?

Best regards

Clément

I don't understand your question, and since you didn't get an answer yet, maybe others have the same problem?

You tell 'no graded' and then you talk about points? Question seems to me a MCQ with partial scoring and advanced answer options. After submitting the answer, the value stored in cpQuizInfoLastSlidePointScored will show you the sum of the points. Of course you can create your own question slide if you feel familiar with variables and advanced actions.

For you second questions: have a look at this article: http://blog.lilybiri.com/secrets-of-cpquizinfoanswerchoice-and

Storing the answer after each question from that system variable, into a user variable (one for each question) will allow you to show the answers by inserting the user variables in a text container later on.

Hi,

Thanks for your answer. My goal is to provide a test like this : http://fr.scribd.com/doc/87475110/Leadership-Style-Test

There is no right or wrong answers (that's why I said "no garded"). So it is not really a quiz. But with your answer of my second questions, I think the best way is to use your article. I try it now !

Best regards
