Create Checklist for Users to Refer To?

Greetings!

I get just about everything on captivate except for one thing: How to I create a slide that displays topics already completed with a checkbox next to it? It is the same reference slide, and when a section is done, it takes the user back to this.

A simple would be most helpful.
