Creating a silent install for Captivate 7

I am trying to create a silent install for Captivate 7 using Command Line. What is the switch to make it a silent install? Also is there a way to pass the license key to it? I'm looking for something like the following:

Captivate_7_LS21.exe /s "LicenseKey"="123456789123456789"

This is a Windows 7 system.

Hello,

Welcome to Adobe Forums.

You need to create a deployment package of Adobe Captivate 7 (Using Creative Cloud Packager).

Once package is created, then you may use this command, using Command Prompt : msiexec.exe /i [INSTALL_FILE_LOCATION] /quiet SERIALNUMBER=xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx

We don't have Creative Cloud Packager. Is it a free software and how do we get it?
