Creating a structure chart in a responsive project Captivate 2017 - ideas to replace the hover function.

I'm creating my first responsive project.  I need to show a basic org structure chart, to show how things fit together.  Normally I'd use a 'hover' to add a brief description, for instance, what a 'Mayor' does, but this is not available in a responsive 2017 Captivate project.  Anyone got any great ideas to make it interesting, other than click boxes?  Really missing 'hovers'!

That's missing, of course, because you can't really hover on a touchscreen (some UIs actually do allow this nuance, but it's not common in my experience). So the easy solution is show-on-click, of course; click the box, or word, or a little ? at the top-left of each chart, to show a description. Click anywhere to hide it.

What's an alternative? How about trying to work with Captivate's support for gestures:

    (I'd point to a 2017 how-to but can't find one quickly).

So maybe the user gives a little shake and the definitions all appear...they give another shake and the definitions all hide.

Of course then, that only really works if delivering to shakeable devices....don't want someone trying to shake their desktop monitor
