Creating back and forth interaction

I am creating a captivate project where I would like to be able to have an interaction from the learner simulating scrubbing something for no less than 30 seconds. I would like the learner to be able to grab the object and move it back and forth over an area for 30 seconds and then have the object disappear and the learner be able to move on to the next slide. Is there a way I can create this kind of interaction in captivate?

    Not possible with default Captivate functionality.  But if you are NOT publishing for HTML5 then it is possible via the Infosemantics Interactive Slider Widget.
