Creating clickable button for audio

Hi,

 

I am looking to create with a button, when someone rolls over it, the text to audio would then play. See the screenshot. I only want the audio to play when the rollover is shown on the screen. Can anyone help?

You cannot attach audio to the Rollover state, only to custom states.
