Creating executable files

I suspect I know the answer to this, but maybe someone has found a clever way around it.

For whatever reason, some people have had problems running Captivate pieces when I have sent them the files (swf, htm, css, js).  I will eventually publish to the web, but for now they just want to review. 

I thought I would simplify things for them by creating an executable, but I see that you must have admin rights to run it.  Since no one in a corporate environment has admin rights, this will not work, unless there is a way to publish the executable that does not include this limitation.

My alternative is to publish to my own website, which is what I have done in the past.
