Creating external links in SCORM module

Can someone please tell me how to create an external link in a SCORM 1.2 module. I currently have a folder that contains both the Captivate zip file and my external pdf file. However, the LMS will only accept the Captivate zip file. How do I make sure the PDF file is included with the zip file? I do not see any publishing option to include any additional files in the zip folder.

    I found an older post that said I must include the external file in the same zip as my module. I right clicked on the pdf file and selected to add it to my zipped module. Wish there was an easier way to do this.
