Creating Vertical E-Learning Courses
I'm creating an mobile responsive e-learning course (Adobe Captivate 9) that I want to be more vertical (portrait) in nature as opposed to the standard horizontal (landscape) view. In other words students/users would scroll down on a slide to read the content as opposed to a more linear approach (parallax). I want it to be more like a website not like a presentation. I've been able to partially do this by extending the slide height, and it appears that Captivate has around a 2000 px height limit. Where i run into issues is when a student/user clicks to the next slide, it will not start the slide view at the top of the next slide. It usually starts the slide view in the middle or the bottom of the next slide at which case the user would need to scroll to the top to see all the information. It's like it skips down on the page on the next slide instead of starting at the top.
Not sure if this makes any sense, but let me know if you've tried to use Captivate in this way and have had any success.
Thanks!
