Critical Issue: Text Missing After PPT to SCORM Conversion in Adobe Captivate

We are experiencing a recurring issue while converting PowerPoint presentations into SCORM packages using Adobe Captivate.

In several instances, text content visible in the source PowerPoint slides disappears after importing/publishing in Captivate. Earlier this issue occurred occasionally; however, the frequency has increased significantly in recent weeks and is now impacting multiple projects.

Examples observed:

• Entire text content missing from process/infographic slides while graphics remain visible.
• Customer profile fields such as Customer Name, Current Plan, and Profession disappear after conversion, although they are clearly visible in the source PPT.
• Content slides lose text elements while backgrounds, icons, and images remain intact.

The issue is occurring across multiple learning modules rather than a single file.
