CS3 activation

My University lab has a volume license for CS3.  I am trying to activate on my computer, but keep getting the 'maximum number of activations reached' error.   Is there anything that can be done to activate this?  Thanks in advance,

Likely you need to contact Adobe Support.

Additionally, please note that you posted your issue in the Adobe Captivate forums. Captivate is not part of CS3 (or any of the Creative Suites).
