CSV question pool not importing (Ver 12.5)

Is anyone else having issues importing a .csv file for question pools in ver 12.5? When I select the correctly formatted .csv file and import it, nothing happens... No errors, no spinning wheel of death, NADA! It's like that feature has been disabled or something. Is this a 12.5 glitch? I'm working on a Windows 11 machine.

I would try to import the SampleQuestions.csv that is included with Adobe Captivate. It should be found in Adobe Captivate\Gallery\Quiz where Captivate is installed. If this does import, it would lead to an issue with your CSV. You can then either post here; or attempt to start removing questions to whittle down the problem.

I echo these suggestions. I was having an issue creating a second question pool in 12.5 (I had no issue importing the first CSV file for the first question pool). Turns out there was something wrong with my second CSV file. While frustrating, you'll need to analyze your CSV file closely.
