Cursor freeze

I'm desperate! 7 days of research to solve my problem here:

I have been using Captivate 9 for over 2 years. For a week, it has become almost impossible to work with this software. The opening is going well, but as soon as I open a file CPTX and that I try, for example, to move an object, boxes, texts, images, etc, the cursor freezes. There is no reaction. I have to wait sometimes for up to 30 seconds before regaining control. If I move the cursor outside the Captivate window, it will "stick" to the cursor.

I tried all kinds of solutions, including of course a complete reinstallation .... I'm in despair ;-(
