Custom Captions

Ok, I've got the creation of custom captions down. In fact, I've made several sets that work wonderfully. My problem (isn't there always one?) is that I have to scroll through this huge list to get to the captions I've made and want to use. Whenever I try deleting the captions provided with Captivate, an installation program puts them back!!!! Is there a work around for this?

    Hi Rob,

    This is not exactly a solution, but a method I have used. In the Captivate Options -> Recording Options -> Recording Defaults you can assign what captions are used at the beginning o feach session. Having said that, you set your Captivate global options so every new Captivate begins with using those captions.
    Additionally, the captions are listed alphanumerically. Try naming your other captions using a name that would appear toward the top of the list.
