Custom Feedback Reset after going into Quiz Manager

This never used to happen before but now for some reason whenever we go into Quiz Manager, even if no changes are made, and click the OK button, every one of our Feedback boxes is reset from our custom feedback message to the default "Incorrect - Click anywhere to continue" message. We then have to manually go back and update every single Feedback box. We are using Presenter 11. Thanks.
